YOUR TEAM PROFILE AND GSA RANKINGS

Your Team Profile works with our rankings system. So, if you have not created a Team profile, please do so. You can also create an Individual profile, but only the Team profiles are a part of our rankings system. CLICK HERE to create a profile, and choose what type profile you are creating.

Your Team profile shows all your team information including your GSA sanction number. Log in on our website with your User name and Password. Make sure you type your user name and password correctly including any spaces. When you log in you will be taken directly to your profile. If you go to another area of our website and want to get back to your profile, just go to the home page, and click on “My Profile” under User Menu located on the right side of the page.

Your Team profile is part of our ranking system. If you would rather have another member of your Team, keep up with your team profile, you can give access to someone else by letting them know the user name and password. The user name, password, and other Team information can be changed once you are logged in. To do this, once you are logged in, and on your Team profile, just click on the “Edit” button at the top of the page. Then click on “Update Your Profile”  To update personal information such as user name and password (which does not show on your profile) click on “Personal Information”  To change Team information, click on “Team Details” The only thing you can’t change is sanction number, and classification. This is something we would have to change. Team Details does show on your profile.

We would like to encourage you to also upload your team photo on your Team profile. To do this click on the “Edit” button at the top of your profile and then click on “Update Your Image” You can upload your team photo to your Team profile. Depending on how it looks on your profile, you may want to make the photo larger or smaller to make it look the best.

Let me also tell you a little about how our rankings work. Go to our website at http://gsabaseball.org Log in with your user name and password. Then click on the “Rankings” tab at the top of the page. Then choose the year for the Rankings. Choose your age group and click Submit. Find your team in the rankings. Then click on your Team name. This takes you to your team profile. Scroll down a little ways and you will see your team record with GSA. Click on GSA and you will see each Tournament date that you have played with GSA. Click on one of the Tournament dates and you will see all the details of that tournament. Including location, number of teams, what place you finished, and all the teams you played and the score. You can also search the rankings in several different ways. You can search by Year (which 2009 is the 1^st year for the new rankings service with GSA), by Age Group, Classification, Region (click on United States to select Region), and State. We are hiring Directors from all over the Country and they will be doing GSA Tournaments in their State, so soon you will be seeing teams from other States in our rankings. We have plans to be doing State Tournaments all over the Country. Then the top teams in each age group and classification from each State will play in a Region Tournament. Then the top teams in each age group and classification from the Region Tournaments will play in the GSA World Tournament. To see rankings for Georgia only just choose Georgia in your search for rankings. Please let other members of your team know how this works.
